The entrance to the Summit building garage is at 1009 Olive Way between 9th and Boren.

Please note: The hotels in downtown Seattle that are part of the Amazon Accelerate block are within walking distance to the SCC Summit building.

Join us on Wednesday, September 18 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. PT in Amazon's backyard for a uniquely Seattle block party. The Seattle Center, the home of the iconic Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture (MoPop), serves as the iconic setting for this event with entertainment, must see exhibits and installations, a food truck alley, and more SWAG! Admission to the Block Party is included with your in-person registration.

Driving or rideshare

The Block Party at The Seattle Center is approximately a 10-minute drive from the SCC. Ride-share options such as Uber or Lyft can be used as an alternate form of transportation to the Block Party (not provided by Amazon Accelerate).

Walking

Another option is to get your steps in and walk historic downtown! Take the scenic route and expect to enjoy a 25-minute walk to the Seattle Center.

Amazon Accelerate badges are required to access shuttles to and from the Block Party.

Shuttles

Shuttles will leave every 10 minutes starting on Wednesday, September 18 at 5 p.m. (PT) from the hotels listed below. You don't need to be a guest of the hotel to board the shuttle. Look for signage and volunteers to direct you. These shuttles will continue to run and provide transportation back to each of these hotels until 8 p.m. (PT).

• Hyatt Regency Seattle
• Sheraton Grand Seattle
• Westin Seattle

Guests at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, Residence Inn Seattle Downtown, and SpringHill Suites should walk to the Hyatt Regency Seattle to board the shuttle. If you are at the SCC, the Hyatt Regency is your shuttle stop.

We will not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test to attend Amazon Accelerate. Masks are not required.

If you find yourself in an emergency situation or in need of medical attention, please dial 911. If you have a non-emergency situation, call 1+888-460-177. We have onsite emergency medical technicians. Please flag down any security officer should you need assistance.

Accessible seating will be available in every session. Assistive listening headsets are available in all theater-style session rooms and theaters in the Accelerate Pavilion. Headsets do not need to be arranged in advance and should be picked up from the tech table at the back of the session room. Please return your headsets at the end of each session.

In-room open captions will appear on dedicated monitors in all General Sessions, Breakout Sessions and Breakout Session overflow rooms. Sensory kits are available at the Accelerate Help Desk (Level-1).

Questions or concerns about accessibility services at the conference should be directed to the Amazon Accelerate Help Desk before or during the conference.

Amazon Accelerate is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and have been awarded a Foundational Sustainable Event certification from the Events Industry Council. Help us lower our carbon emissions by bringing your own water bottle and using the multiple water filling stations throughout the SCC, a LEED Platinum certified venue. We'll be donating leftover food and SWAG to the local Seattle community, recycling our AstroTurf, converting our carpet into alternative fuel for cement kilns, and using eco-friendly materials for our giveaways, napkins, utensils, cups, and more that are all compostable.
