General information


Amazon Accelerate is the premier conference for selling partners—and those interested in selling—in Amazon's store. With a curated collection of exclusive content spotlighting Amazon's latest tools and innovations, ample opportunities to make meaningful connections with like-minded selling partners, and expert-led interactive trainings, Amazon Accelerate is the best place for those looking to take their business to the next level.

Amazon Accelerate will take place in Seattle from September 17 to September 19, 2024, at the Seattle Convention Center Summit building.

In-person registration


In-person registration is reserved for selling partners in good standing with an active Merchant Token. If you're unable to attend in person or are simply interested in learning more about starting or growing your business in Amazon's store, we invite you to attend the conference virtually.

In-person registration is $599 (discounted to $499 until July 14 at 11:59 p.m. (PT)) and offers exclusive programming and experiences including networking events, access to the Accelerate Pavilion, interactive workshops, and one-on-one appointments with Amazon subject matter experts.

Virtual conference registration is free and open to all. All General Sessions and a select number of Breakout Sessions, will be streamed live for virtual attendees.

Amazon uses Merchant Tokens to identify and authenticate selling partner accounts. Selling partners must have an active Merchant Token_Hyerlink_FAQ_Merchant Token" target="_blank">Merchant Token and an account that's in good standing to be eligible to attend Amazon Accelerate in person. Although selling partners will receive a registration verification confirmation email after registering for in-person attendance, Amazon reserves the right to re-validate any selling partners' Merchant Token at any point to confirm in-person eligibility.

To register for the conference, click Register at the top of this page. You will be directed to the registration page where you can select your registration type (in person or virtual) and enter your details to complete the process.

If you register to attend the conference in person, you will receive an initial confirmation email confirming the registration process has been completed, but your registration is pending until we verify your Merchant Token.

Within 48 business hours, you will receive another email confirming your Merchant Token verification status. If we can't verify that you're an active selling partner in good standing, your registration will be switched to virtual and you will receive a full refund for the in-person registration fee.

We recommend waiting until you receive the confirmation email that your Merchant Token has been verified before booking your travel and accommodations.

Please note that Amazon reserves the right to reverify your Merchant Token and confirm your account status at any point to confirm in-person eligibility.

Yes, as long as in-person registration is still available. In-person registration is offered first come, first served.

If you become an active selling partner after registering to attend the conference virtually you can switch your registration to in person. To switch your registration category, contact the Accelerate Help Desk. You will be asked to provide your Merchant Token and complete the verification process.

Yes, you will receive a registration receipt via email within 48 business hours of completing registration. If you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours after registering, please check your spam folder or contact the Accelerate Help Desk for assistance.

Yes, a buy three, get one free group registration discount is available. To take advantage of this offer, all four attendees must be added to the same registration. The discount will be automatically applied on the payment page.

Yes, you can cancel your registration by contacting the Accelerate Help Desk.

Before submitting your notice, please review our cancellation policy below:
  • If the Accelerate Help Desk receives your cancellation notice before July 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (PT), you will receive a full refund of the registration fee via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to five business days to process.
  • If the Accelerate Help Desk receives your cancellation notice between August 1, 2024, and September 1, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to five business days to process.
  • Refunds are not available if a cancellation notice is received after September 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (PT).

Contact the Accelerate Help Desk, which is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT).

To transfer your registration to a colleague, contact the Accelerate Help Desk. Provide your reference number (located in your confirmation email) along with the first name, last name, phone number, and email address of the person you want to transfer the registration to. Please note that registrations can only be transferred with approval from Amazon. Amazon reserves the right to grant or deny such requests at their sole discretion.

Virtual registration


The virtual conference allows you to stream Amazon Accelerate live from the comfort and convenience of your home via the Accelerate virtual platform. As a virtual attendee, you have access to General Sessions, a select number of Breakout Sessions and Partner Connect.

The conference begins on Tuesday, September 17 at 9 a.m. (PT). Virtual attendees can participate in Partner Connect on September 17, but the first General Session begins on Wednesday, September 18 at 9 a.m. (PT).

To sign in to the virtual platform, you must be a registered attendee. Once registered, we will send you information about accessing the virtual platform before the conference begins.

Amazon Accelerate is designed to help you grow your business in Amazon’s store. We encourage you to customize your conference experience by attending the sessions that most suit your business needs and goals.

Yes, you can virtually attend a select number of Breakout Sessions.

Live Q&A segments are available for a select number of Breakout Sessions. As a virtual attendee, you have the ability to engage in these segments and submit your questions using the Accelerate virtual platform.

Yes, virtual registration includes access to all recordings after the conference concludes. You can view any session that you may have missed once the recordings are made available on demand.
