Amazon Accelerate is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and have been awarded a Foundational Sustainable Event certification from the Events Industry Council. Help us lower our carbon emissions by bringing your own water bottle and utilizing the multiple water filling stations throughout the SCC, a LEED Platinum certified venue. We’ll be donating leftover food and SWAG to the local Seattle community, recycling our AstroTurf, converting our exhibit hall carpet into alternative fuel for cement kilns, and using eco-friendly materials for our giveaways, napkins, utensils, cups, etc. that are all compostable. At Amazon Accelerate, we are dedicated to sustainability and the Climate Pledge. You can join us in making a difference by visiting the Seller Certification booth in the Accelerate Pavilion on Level EX to learn about becoming a Climate Pledge Certified seller, and by attending the 'What’s New in Sustainability Solutions' session at our Solution Spotlight stage.
In-person registration
Virtual conference registration is free and open to all. All General Sessions and a select number of Breakout Sessions, will be streamed live for virtual attendees.
If you register to attend the conference in person, you will receive an initial confirmation email confirming the registration process has been completed, but your registration is pending until we verify your Merchant Token.
Within 48 business hours, you will receive another email confirming your Merchant Token verification status. If we can't verify that you're an active selling partner in good standing, your registration will be switched to virtual and you will receive a full refund for the in-person registration fee.
We recommend waiting until you receive the confirmation email that your Merchant Token has been verified before booking your travel and accommodations.
Please note that Amazon reserves the right to reverify your Merchant Token and confirm your account status at any point to confirm in-person eligibility.
If you become an active selling partner after registering to attend the conference virtually you can switch your registration to in person. To switch your registration category, contact the Accelerate Help Desk. You will be asked to provide your Merchant Token and complete the verification process.
Before submitting your notice, please review our cancellation policy below:
- If the Accelerate Help Desk receives your cancellation notice before July 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (PT), you will receive a full refund of the registration fee via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to five business days to process.
- If the Accelerate Help Desk receives your cancellation notice between August 1, 2024, and September 1, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to five business days to process.
- Refunds are not available if a cancellation notice is received after September 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (PT).
